| 278th Homecoming Convoy Formation Ride |
They were there to protect us....now lets be there
for them ! The members of the 278th /190th Combat
Engineers of Morristown/Russelville Tn Armory are
coming home and we want to welcome them back biker
style ! Due to military outprocessing once they
arrive in the states we don't have a definate date
yet but tentatively looking at Nov 1,2 or 3rd and
hopefully @ 4-7pm timeframe.
Anyone interested in riding may contact me at
wcthomas@charter.net for regular updates and a
firm date as soon as the military tells us.
All of Morristown will be lining the streets with
flags and yellow ribbons with open arms to welcome
our heroes home. Come join us.
Out of respect for their privacy we will NOT be
stopping at the armory, but the bikes will
continue on independantly so join a patriotic
celebration at Quaker STeak & Lube in Knox. or to
continue on home. Our soldiers have been away
from their families long enough, let's give them
this time alone.
See You There.
